Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

ph649 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each natural person may maintain only one (1) registered Account on the ph649 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ph649 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). ph649 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. ph649 does not charge Player-side fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees for which ph649 bears no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. ph649 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above designated thresholds in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

ph649's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by ph649's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Privacy & Data

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter. Players who believe that ph649 has acted in breach of applicable PAGCOR regulations may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
